Alphapet Delivery Policy

All products on sale at Alphapetuk.co.uk include a FREE delivery service. This applies to orders placed on the website for mainland UK address only. Please contact us if the shipping address is not mainland UK for a delivery quotation by emailing sales@alphapetuk.co.uk.

Orders placed on Alphapetuk.co.uk are generally processed within 24 hours of payment. We dispatch products every week day, Monday to Friday. We aim to deliver all orders within 48 hours of dispatch, however depending on courier delays, this is not always possible. We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays or UK Bank Holidays.

Depending on the size and weight of the parcel, the courier may vary. This is important to note when orders have more than one type of item. All orders will require a signature on delivery.

In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us on sales@alphapetuk.co.uk quoting your order reference number.

Working days are classed as Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed on Friday afternoon may be processed over the weekend but will not be dispatched until Monday.

All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. During busy period such as Christmas couriers may experience delays meaning deliveries may take longer than expected to arrive. Although we will always help in any way we can, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the couriers. We offer no guaranteed delivery times; delivery times are set by the couriers.

Please ensure that you supply the correct delivery address details at checkout, we cannot be held liable if you fail to provide the correct address. We will not replace or re-send any order at our expense if the details that have been supplied by you are incorrect.

Please inspect the packaging on arrival before signing to make sure that no damage has been caused while in the courier’s possession. You are signing for the item in perfect condition. If any damage has been sustained to the item on arrival, then please refuse to accept the delivery so that the item can be returned back to us. We cannot be held responsible for any damage discovered after the item has been signed for.
